Judy is a full time Licensed Real Estate Consultant working with Danberry Realty since 2015. When people are ready to relocate their family “nest” they contact Judy to help with the transition. Judy has found this career to be extremely rewarding and it has been wonderful meeting so many quality people and new friends.
Judy received a BA from Northern Michigan University, then started her business career at the The Toledo Zoo. Judy was an Assistant Manager of Guest Services for 7 years. Judy left the Zoo to work for Gordon Food Service where she remained for almost 20 years working in several outside sales positions until leaving in 2013 as an Area Sales Manager.
With this new career comes a flexible work schedule. Now Judy can make time to indulge another passion; giving back to the community. Since she and husband David are UT fans, (David received both his BA and MBA from UT) it was a natural transition to gravitate towards The University. Joining UT Women & Philanthropy has really opened her eyes to all the fantastic things taking place on both UT Campus’ and Judy is more committed than ever to the UT Women & Philanthropy mission. Judy is currently an elected Board Member at Large, co-chairman of the Membership Committee of the Women & Philanthropy at the University of Toledo, a member since 2016. She is also on the Education Committee and a member of the University of Toledo Downtown Coaches.
Judy also serves as a member of the Valentine Theatre Gala Committee. Judy believes it is so important to preserve the Toledo landmarks and feels that the Valentine Theatre is crucial to the success of our downtown and needs to be supported. Judy has served on the Valentine committee since 2015. She is also a current supporter of Danberry Treasure Chest and Cherry Street Mission.
